    Assalamu Alaikum,

I just listened to your Student Financials 101 video. Jazak Allah khair for making it. You mention that students should work part-time to keep down their debt. AlhamduAllah that was a possibility for me (I was in university 3 years ago) but I don’t think this is always an option for today’s generation. It is very difficult to secure part-time work, particularly in economically depressed cities in Ontario. If you could make suggestions on how to find part-time work, paid internships or make businesses of our own.

    Jazak Allah khair

Think of a skill you have, or a need people have and how you can fix it. Maybe its making someone a website, maybe its mowing their lawn. Check out the help wanted sections on Craigslist for your area, there’s always something people need done that they’re willing to pay someone to do.
