    Jazakallah kheyrun. Id love if you can give a more profound analysis of Guidance residential and their product. Thank you. I read the AMJA ruling but it says “it is permissible to deal with them in the face of need. The representatives of this company are advised to review those defective portions of their contract.” So that means its not 100% Zabihah?

    ASAK, I don’t understand on the car: I negotiated a Nissan for 40k who offered 0 APR. I am paying 40000/60 = 666 per month for 60 month and not seeing how this transaction is profiteering the company. Now I bought a Nissan not a BMW as Nissan is only company offering 0 apr
